Ingredients
1½ lb ground beef
¾ cup quick oats
1 egg
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ cup bell pepper, sliced
1 oz onion soup mix
¾ tsp salt
⅛ tsp dried marjoram
⅓ cup tomato sauce, per serving
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well-combined.
Place in a Dutch oven lined with foil.
Bake for 1 hour, covered.
Portion according to your preference and serve with tomato sauce.
