Ingredients

3 tbsp cottage cheese

3 eggs, separated

¼ tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Beat cottage cheese in blender until smooth.

Place in bowl.

Add egg yolks and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.

Fold cheese/egg yolk mixture carefully into the whites.

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the cookie sheet and spread to about the size of a hamburger roll.

Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, turn rolls over and bake for 30 minutes more.
