Ingredients

⅓ cup instant non-fat dry milk

¼ cup water

3 eggs

½ cup non-fat cottage cheese

½ tsp salt

dash pepper

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chives, chopped

Preparation

Blend together non-fat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.

In medium skillet melt butter.

When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.

Serve immediately.
