⅔ cup salad oil
5 tbsp liquid sugar substitute
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup raisins
1 ½ cup apples, diced
nuts, chopped
Mix ingredients in order given, in a large bowl.
Pour into a lightly greased 9x9-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
This is good served warm with no sugar added ice cream.
