Ingredients

1 lb chuck steak

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

4 oz green chilies, diced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tomato, diced

1 tbsp olive oil

4 submarine sandwich buns

Preparation

Slice steak in thin strips against the grain, then place strips on grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill for a couple of minutes, then add tomatoes, and chilies.  Grill for another 2 minutes, then remove meat and veggies from grill.

Coat one side of the sandwich bread with mustard and the other with olive oil.  Place meat mixture inside and serve.
