Ingredients

6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise

¼ cup mayonnaise, not salad dressing

1 tsp yellow mustard

3 tsp coarse grated horseradish, drained (more or less to taste)

2 tbsp real bacon bits

⅛ tsp salt

¼ tsp white pepper

paprika , for garnish

Preparation

Remove egg yolks and place them in a small bowl.

Mash them with a fork.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, bacon bits, salt, pepper and mix well.

Refill egg whites with yolk mixture.

Lightly sprinkle paprika over eggs.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let chill for at least an hour.
