Ingredients
12 eggs, hard bolied
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
pinch sea salt
pinch fresh ground black pepper
6 slices bacon, fried crispy
¼ tsp dried garlic flakes
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
½ tsp sugar
hot sauce , to taste
Preparation
Hard boil eggs ,cool, peel, and remove yolks by slicing eggs lengthwise.
Put yolks in medium bowl, and add mayonnaise.
Mash with potato masher.
Add relish, mustard, salt, and pepper and continue to mash.
Fry bacon and pat dry with paper towel.
Crumble into small pieces.
Add bacon, garlic, sugar, onions, and hot sauce to egg yolk mixture and mix well.
With tablespoon, spoon mixture into egg white halves.
Serve warm or cold.
