Instant Pot Bundt Cake Tips
So, I know you all running off to make this cake now, but before you do so can I please share some tips.
The quality of the colouring you use for this is important. My first attempt (see images below) I used really cheap supermarket colour, which just faded during the cooking process. Use good quality colour gel. The amount of colour gel you put in will determine the colour of the cooked cake. Start with a teaspoon of colour gel per portion and add more to your preference. Feel free to make even more layer using different colours, you are limited only by what you have available. Change up the colours to suit too. You can easily add a little bit of the icing gel to the drizzle to give it some colour.
