1 cup water
1 cup Minute rice
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins , optional
1 tsp cinnamon
Bring water to a boil. Add rice and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Beat egg and milk in a medium sized bowl. Stir into rice. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat. Cool. Enjoy.
