4 1/2 cups white sugar

12 oz evaporated milk

24 white chocolate chips

3 sticks butter

2 tbsp Irish cream flavoring

2 tbsp vanilla flavoring

Butter all sides of a large heavy pan and heat it. Once it becomes warm enough, remove the pan from heat and add in the chips, butter, and flavorings.

In a separate pot, boil the milk and sugar, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches soft-ball stage (about 234-236 °F)

Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon every five minutes. Afterward, pour it into the buttered pan and store it in the fridge.
