2 lb pork chops, about 3 to 4 pieces

2 tsp salt

1⁄2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 tsp Italian seasoning

Rub salt and pepper on the pork chops.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and let stand for 30 minutes. can penetrate to the meat. This adds more flavor and aroma.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Bake the Italian pork chops for 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
