Ingredients
2beef bouillon cubes
½cupwater
3tbspbutter
5tbspall-purpose flour,or gluten free all purpose flour
14½ozchicken broth,(1 can)
salt and pepper,to taste, optional
Preparation
Begin by heating up ½ cup of water and bouillon cubes in the microwave for about 2 minutes; stir them to dissolve into the hot water.
In a medium saucepan, on medium heat, whisk together the dissolved cubes, butter, flour, and chicken broth.
Continue whisking up until it gets to a low boil to be sure that there are no lumps.
Add additional salt and or pepper to your taste.
Use as desired and enjoy!
