Ingredients

½ cup applesauce

2 bananas , medium-sized and mashed

1 ½ cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup cocoa powder

1 ½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

2 cup zucchini, finely shredded

2 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup walnut , chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, mashed bananas and sugar.

Add the vanilla extract and cocoa. Mix until well-combined.

Then add the baking soda, salt, and zucchini. Mix until evenly distributed.

Add flour and walnuts. Gently fold it into the mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes until brownies spring back when gently touched.

Serve warm and indulge in a fudgy, zucchini-filled brownie!
