1 cup fat vanilla yogurt, or low fat milk

1 cup non fat milk, or low fat milk

1 kiwi , peeled and quartered

½ fresh banana

4 ice cubes

1 tbsp sugar , or 1 packet of Equal

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
