Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup flour

1 cup pecans, or your choice of nuts

8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese , (or your choice of brand)

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup Cool Whip

1 chocolate instant pudding

3 cups milk

1 vanilla instant pudding

3 cups milk

Preparation

Mix together ingredients for crust & press in a 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Then let cool.

Blend ingredients for 1st layer & spread on cooled crust.

Mix layer 2 ingredients together very well & spread on 1st layer.

Mix last layer ingredients together very well & spread on 2nd layer.

If you want, put the rest of the Cool Whip on top of this layer.

Use chopped pecans on top, if you like.
