1 pkg milk chocolate chips, or semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

1/4 cup butter

2 cups biscuit baking mix

1 can Regular Eagle Brand

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup walnuts, chopped

Icing sugar, optional

In a large saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of the chips with butter. Remove from heat.

Add biscuit baking mix, condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in nuts and remaining chips.

Pour into a well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven (325 degrees for a glass dish) for 20-25 minutes or until the brownie begins to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let cool.

Sprinkle with icing sugar (if desired). Cut into squares and store tightly covered at room temperature until ready to eat.
