Ingredients

8 oz macaroni

4 hot dogs

14 oz tomatoes, chopped

3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation

Cook macaroni.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice hot dogs into bite size pieces.

Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

Combine macaroni, tomatoes, hot dogs, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, red pepper, and half the cheddar cheese and mix well.

Pour into the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove aluminum foil and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
