2 cup sugar
½ cup water
4 tbsp marshmallow cream
3 egg whites
Boil sugar and water to soft-ball stage, 238 degrees F.
Add to syrup the marshmallow cream.
Pour syrup in a fine stream over stiffly beaten egg whites.
Beat until stiff enough to spread.
