Ingredients

1 lb beef boneless sirloin

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp garlic pepper

1 lb potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions, (1 bag)

12 oz beef gravy, (1 jar)

Preparation

Cut beef into thin strips. Heat oil and garlic pepper in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef in oil, stirring occasionally, until brown.

Stir in vegetables and gravy; reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

Serve and enjoy.
