Ingredients
6 cups frozen watermelon, cubed
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup water, boiling
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup milk
Preparation
Freeze watermelon cubes 1-2 hours.
Add boiling water to mint leaves and steep 10 minutes.
Discard leaves and chill water 1-2 hours.
Combine frozen watermelon and mint liquid in blender with remaining ingredients.
Process 15 seconds until smooth.
