2 tbsp coffee flour
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
6 chicken drumsticks, skinless
1 ½ cup mole sauce
Mix the flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and onion powder in a small bowl.
Coat the chicken with the rub in a large bowl. Add the honey and olive oil.
Coat the chicken completely. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
Put the marinated chicken in a baking tray lined with foil and bake for half an hour, turning the chicken occasionally.
Warm the mole sauce in a microwavable bowl.
Drizzle the drumsticks with mole sauce and serve.
