Ingredients

2 cup rice, uncooked

1 lb crawfish tails

1 can beef broth

1 stick butter

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

salt

pepper , to taste

Preparation

Put all ingredients into rice cooker and stir well.

Turn cooker on and let cook.

When bell dings or cooker clicks off, stir well once, cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
