Ingredients

1 tbsp dried basil seeds

1 cup ice, shaved

10 g croutons , bread, cut into chunky bite size pieces

3 tbsp red syrup, or any of your choice

1 tsp sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Soak dried basil seeds in ½ cup of warm water for 30 minutes.

Assemble the dessert in a bowl by layering soaked basil seeds, ice, and croutons in order.

Pour as much syrup as desired over the ice and drizzle with condensed milk.

Serve and enjoy.
