Ingredients
5 apples, sliced
1 ½ cup water
3 oz. sugar-free lemon gelatin
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. vanilla pudding mix
1 cup water
4 cups graham cracker crust
½ cup whipped cream topping
1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
In a large saucepan, mix apples, water, gelatin, nutmeg and cinnamon until it reaches a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes.
Mix dry pudding mix and water.
Combine with apple mixture.
Cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Pour graham cracker crumbs on bottom of dish.
Even out. Pour filling.
Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting into bite sized pieces.
