Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups cool whip
1 ¼ cups milk chocolate , cooled, melted, or dark chocolate
3 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation
Mix baking crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up the side of the pie plate.
Beat vanilla extract and milk in a medium bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of cool whip and spoon into crust.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve topped with the remaining cool whip.
