Ingredients
2 cups mint ice cream, softened
1 ½ cup caramel sauce
⅔ cup dark chocolate ganache, (dark chocolate melted with cream)
Preparation
Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and spray a little cooking spray.
Evenly spread the ice cream inside the pan.
Using a knife, cut the ice cream into bar shapes, leaving a little room between each of them.
Pour caramel sauce over the top, letting it drip into the spaces between each bar.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Pour the ganache over top and refrigerate for another 2 hours.
Serve cool and indulge in a minty fresh No-Bake Mint Chocolate Ice Cream Bars!
