16 strawberries

1 cup confectioner’s sugar

½ cup sour cream

12 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 graham cracker crusts, Store-bought

Start with chopping half of the strawberries coarsely and into small pieces. Place in bowl.

Pour sugar and sour cream into a bowl and whisk the cream, the fruits, and the sugar together until well mixed.

Add in vanilla extract and stir well again until the whole mixture is well combined.

Place the contents of the bowl in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Get pie tins out and use a rubber spatula to fill the tins evenly with the mixture.

Use the rest of the strawberries to garnish the cheesecakes.
