Ingredients
three bean salad mix, prepared
lettuce
cheese, shredded
black olives, chopped
tomatoes
fresh spinach
celery, chopped
croutons
mushrooms
salami, chopped
pineapple
can water based tuna, drained for every two salad plates
Preparation
Layer plate with 2-3 large tablespoons of three bean salad.
Add chopped lettuce, chopped black olives, some sliced mushrooms, shredded cheese, chopped celery, cherry or grape tomatoes or chopped tomatoes.
Some whole fresh baby spinach leaves, and any other ingredients you have on hand.
