Crust:
2 sticks butter, melted
3 cups flour
½ cup sugar
pinch salt
Filling:
6 apples, cut up into pieces
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash nutmeg
dash
salt
2 Tbsp. butter
While butter is melting, mix the other ingredients for the crust in a bowl.
Now mix in melted butter.
Press half of the mixture into a pie pan.
Dot with butter. Mix filling ingredients together.
Fill pie crust with apple mixture.
Press the rest of the pie crust over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
