Ingredients
half head cabbage
2 bunches kale
1 Spanish oinion
1 box frozen okra
1 bunch collard greens
1 smoked turkey leg
3 tbsp non-spicy curry powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
4 tbsp margarine , or butter, to taste
Preparation
Place all spices and turkey leg in pot and boil 10 minutes.
Place all greens and onion in steamer above turkey and spices in steamer post.
Steam until greens are tender.
Once tender stir all ingredients together and add margarine.
