Guiltless Granola Recipe
3 cups oats, old-fashioned 1 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup oat bran 1/2 cup wheat bran 1 cup almonds, sliced 1 cup wheat germ Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats and flax seeds in a bowl. Pour mixture out onto a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Remove tray from oven and add oat bran, wheat bran and almonds, stirring to combine. Return tray to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking....
