2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp cornstarch

1 lb chicken breast fillet, skinless and cut into ¼ inch slices

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup string beans, trimmed and cut in 2 inch pieces

In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and sugar. Mix them well, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Cook chicken for 4 minutes, then transfer to a plate.

Using the same skillet cook the onions and garlic. Stir in string beans, cover and leave it for 3 minutes.

Toss your chicken back to the skillet and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Serve hot with a steamy bowl of rice. Enjoy!
