Ingredients
½cupplain greek yogurt,or yogurt alternative of choice
1ozbasil
½shallot,roughly chopped
2tbspwhite wine vinegar
1tspdijon mustard
½tspdried tarragon
½tspdried parsley
1tbsplemon juice
½avocado,ripe
2tbsphoney,or honey alternative of choice
1splashmilk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little milk to thin to the desired consistency.
Use as desired and enjoy.
