8 oz cream cheese

4 oz crumbled blue cheese

6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup onion, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

parsley flakes

Place the cheeses in a small mixing bowl and let the overall combination stand at room temperature until it softens.

Add in the onion and Worcestershire sauce. Using a hand mixer, beat everything at low speed.

Afterwhich, beat the mixture until it turns fluffy, making sure to scrape the side and bottom of the bowl.

Cover the bowl and chill it for at least 8 hours.

Shape the mixture into several small balls.

Serve the cheese balls on a plate alongside some parsley. Grab a piece and enjoy!

For small balls, insert a pick in each one and serve with crackers. You can also arrange the crackers around a large ball which you can use as a spread.
