1 lb. stew meat, or ground beef

1 red bell pepper, diced

8 oz. cream cheese

10 oz. tomatoes with green chilies, diced

8 oz. tomato sauce

Salt and pepper , to taste

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

In a large skillet, brown meat until cooked through.

Add in red bell peppers and cook until softened.

Stir in cream cheese, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.

Once well incorporated, transfer to your crockpot and top with mozzarella. Cook on low for 3 hours.

Serve with tortilla chips or French bread slices.
