Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter , softened, or margarine
2 cup confectioner’s sugar
6 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and butter (or margarine) until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in sugar, alternately with milk until frosting is a good spreading consistency.
Beat in vanilla extract.
This makes enough frosting to frost one 13x9x2-inch cake.
