Ingredients
12 oz imitation crabmeat logs, (1 package), halved
¾ cup penne pasta, cooked and cooled
3 oz black olives, (1 can), sliced in rings
2 dill pickles, or pickles of your choice, sliced
salt and ground black pepper , to taste
1½ tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp rice vinegar, or sushi vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
mayonnaise
bread crumbs
Preparation
Whisk sesame oil, brown sugar, rice or sushi vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl until evenly incorporated.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
Pour the pasta, pickles, olives, and imitation crabmeat into a bowl and mix.
Garnish. Enjoy your salad.
