Ingredients
60gfresh raspberries,plus more for serving
12fresh mint leaves,plus more for serving
½cupgin
¼cupfresh lime juice
2tsplime zest,finely grated
½cupice,crushed, plus more for serving
200mlcoles pink lemonade,(2 bottles)
lime,halves, thinly sliced, for serving
Preparation
Place 2 ¾ cup cocktail glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
Meanwhile, place the raspberries and mint in a cocktail shaker and use a rolling pin or muddling stick to muddle. Add the gin, lime juice. lime zest, and ice. Stir to combine.
Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
Place the extra ice in the chilled glasses. Strain the raspberry mixture into the glasses. Top with pink lemonade.
Garnish with lime slices, extra raspberries, and extra mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
