Ingredients
2½ lb pork, boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
28 fl oz tomatoes, 1 can, diced, undrained
16 fl oz chili beans, 1 can, diced, undrained
8 fl oz tomato sauce, 1 can
¼ cup salsa
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, minced
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne powder
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork in oil; drain. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker; add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on High for 2 hours. Reduce heat to Low and cook 4 hours longer.
