How to Make Pork Sliders 

Marinate the pork tenderloin pieces in the jerk seasoning.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.Add the sliced onions and peppers and cook for 2 mins, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 15 mins, stirring frequently.   Turn the heat down to low and add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and thyme and cook for 2 more minutes.  Transfer peppers and onions to a bowl and set aside.Turn the heat back up to medium and add more olive oil in the skillet..Remove pork from marinade, add to the skillet and cook for about 12 minutes, stirring frequently.Slice dinner rolls in half and place 1-2 pieces of pork on each bottom piece. Top the pork with the onions and peppers and then serve.

I recommend using Hawaiian rolls, if available. Marinade the pork for up to 24 hours in a non reactive bowl.Control the heat level by making your very own homemade Jamaican Jerk sauce, see recipe below.
