Ingredients
1¼ lb beef stew
4 slices bacon
18 oz brown gravy
15 oz tomatoes, undrained crushed
1 tsp thyme leaves, dried
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
1 small baby carrots
8 red potatoes, quartered
2 small onions
8 oz mushrooms
Preparation
Cut bacon into 1" pieces.
Cut onions into eighths.
Cook bacon and beef in pan until beef is browned. Drain.
In crockpot, combine everything else.
Add beef and bacon.
Cover cook until done.
