Ingredients

14 oz salmon, fresh or canned

3 tbsp cilantro, chopped

3 green onions, finely minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 egg

salt

Preparation

Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F.

Mince fresh salmon or open salmon tins, drain and remove bones. If using fresh salmon, remove bones and mince by hand. Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine.

Form 6 patties, making sure they are the same size.

Add patties to the air fryer basket and lightly spray with no-calorie cooking spray.

Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning the patties over halfway through the cook time.

Serve and enjoy!
