Ingredients

6 eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp salt

dash pepper

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated sharp

1 lb bulk sausage

bread slices

Preparation

Generously grease (13x9x2) baking dish.

Completely line the bottom with bread slices, any kind.

Brown and drain bulk sausage.

Spread sausages over the bread. Can use either bacon, ham, etc.

Beat together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour over the mixture into the baking bish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree F for 35 to 40 mintues.

Sprinkle with grated sharp cheddar cheese.

The cheese will rise to the top during baking.
