Ingredients
1 ¼ cups frozen mixer concentrate raspberry colada
3 ¾ cups pineapple juice
4 cups club soda , or 2-liter bottle lemon lime soda, chilled
2 cups raspberry sherbert, or pineapple sherbert
⅓ cup flaked coconut
Preparation
Mix raspberry colada mixer concentrate with pineapple juice and chill.
Stir in chilled club soda.
Place in serving bowl, float sherbert on top and sprinkle with coconut.
