Ingredients

1 lb cheese ravioli, or any filled ravioli or tortellini of your choice

½ tbsp butter

½ tbsp herbes de Provence

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz prosciutto, sliced

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to its package directions.

Five minutes before the pasta finishes cooking, melt the butter in a medium-sized skillet.

Add the herbes de provence to the melting butter. Once the butter is completely melted, add the cream and the sliced prosciutto.

Slowly bring the contents of the skillet to a simmer, then thicken the sauce to your desired consistency.

Next, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, stirring gently for 2 minutes.

Once the pasta is coated in the sauce, serve it on a plate with some toasted garlic for added flavor. Bon Apetit!
