4 lb spareribs , country style

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup red wine

1/2 cup cider vinegar

2 cup Barbecue sauce, prepared

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup pineapple juice

Trim and discard excess fat from ribs. Put meat in an 8 qt. pan and add water to barely cover, and then add vinegar. 

Cover and bring to boil over high heat; reduce heat and boil gently for 20 minutes. Drain ribs and arrange in an 11 X 13 inch pan.

Combine all other ingredients and brush evenly over ribs. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours or overnight if possible. 

Turn ribs several times. After marinated, place on BBQ grill and cook 20 to 40 minutes until well done and glazed. 

Continue to turn and brush with sauce.
