2 tbsp. olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

2/3 cup chicken broth

1/3 cup white wine

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 tsp. oregano

16 oz. pasta, cooked and drained

In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook until opaque.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Remove shrimp from skillet.

Reduce heat, add wine, and simmer for a few minutes while stirring.

Reduce heat once more to low and pour in cream.

Stir in cheese until melted and cook until thickened.

Toss pasta with sauce and add shrimp. Serve.
