3 eggs

½ tsp salt

1 cup milk

2 tsp baking powder

¼ cup flour

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 cup rice, cooked

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add salt and milk.

Mix baking powder with flour. Add to first mixture.

Add butter and rice. Mix until smooth.

Bake on hot griddle, browning on each side.
