Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz tomatoes, cut up
6 oz tomato paste
¼ cup parsley
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper
½ tsp marjoram
½ tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
Preparation
In skillet, brown meat, onion and garlic cloves; drain.
Add 2 cups water and remaining ingredients.
Simmer uncovered 3 hours or until sauce has thickened.
Stir occasionally.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
