1 box Ritz crackers
1 pkg almond bark
1 jar peanut butter, creamy
Melt almond bark in double boiler or in the microwave.
In the meantime make “sandwiches” with two crackers and a dab of peanut butter.
When almond bark is melted remove from heat. Using tongs to dunk each cracker sandwich in the almond bark to coat completely.
Lay on wax paper to set.
